Step 1. Navigate to the Mendeley installation page and download for your operating system.
Step 2. Once you have installed the Mendeley desktop application, you will need to sign into your Elsevier account. Because you have to be logged into your account anywhere you are using Mendeley, it automatically syncs across your devices.
Step 3. You should also install the Mendeley Web Importer for your browser and then you can begin building your library.
