Sharing your collections

Sharing your collection with others is an excellent collaboration and teaching tool. It is very easy to set up in Zotero. 

1) Click on the brown card catalog icon with the green plus sign and select "New Group".

This will open a webpage which allows you to name your group and select your privacy settings.

2) Once you have created your group you can either share the URL with collaborators or invite them by email. 

To invite by email go to the "Manage Members" tab and select "send more invitations at the bottom of the page. 

From here you are able to manage who can see and add documents to your group
