The EPrints software that is used to generate the CSHL Institutional Repository (IR) can generate a large number of possible item and file types to cover a wide range of sources.
This means that the IR can easily accept and classify items such as Journal Articles, Books and Book Chapters, Conference Presentations and Posters, Teaching Lectures, Video and Audio recordings, Monographs, Newspaper articles, and more.
The CSHL IR is also capable of accepting and classifying a large number of file types and can easily be used to deposit data from experiments and projects that have been undertaken at CSHL.
