  • NCBI maintains a YouTube Channel, with video tutorials of several topics.  These videos are informative, helpful, and easy to follow.  The NCBI also maintains the NCBI Insights Blog, with additional information about NCBI resources and how to best utilize them for your research.

 

  • Biostar is a Q&A format resource for the bioinformatics community.
  • The Galaxy project provides free tutorials for how to use Galaxy servers for genome analysis.
  • EMBL-EBI provides online training resources for learning bioinformatics as well.
