PubMed is an online database of more than 36 million citations of literature in the biomedical and life sciences. It has been publicly-available since 1996 and is maintained by NCBI. It does not contain full-text journal articles, but most entries link to where you can find the full-text article.
NCBI is currently running a pilot program to now make preprints from bioRxiv, medRxiv, arXiv, and Research Square available on PubMed.
