This guide provides links to resources and information for graduate students and postdocs in the life sciences. It covers several different career pathways; training and mentoring; searching for a job; seeking funding in the form of fellowships and grants; entrepreneurship, with a focus on biotech and biosciences companies; networking; and the all-important life-work balance. It provides references to books and e-books, as well as many links to websites, databases, and blogs.
