The CSHL Library and Archives remain fully staffed and functional, but virtually.
Due to the evolving COVID19 situation, and the public health necessity to maintain social distancing and avoid close contact, the CSHL Library and Archives is shifting to a virtual library format. During this time, although most library staff are working remotely, the services provided by the Library staff are still being provided at full capacity.
Use this LibGuide as your guide to navigating our services during this time. The guide provides links to our other LibGuides, instructions for how to contact Library staff while we are working remotely, and how to have your Library needs met under these unusual circumstances.
This LibGuide is being actively updated. If you do not see the information you desire, please feel free to let us know, and we will be happy to address your concerns directly and update the LibGuide accordingly. Contact Matt Dunn at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please Note: The Library is open to CSHL Staff ONLY effective immediately until further notice. No spouses, children, other family members, or visitors from the general public will be allowed. We appreciate your understanding during this time. The doors are now locked 24/7, but you may enter by scanning your ID card on the keypad.
A message from Mila Pollock, Executive Director of the CSHL Library and Archives:
The Library is supporting the Laboratory's effort to slow the spread of Covid-19 by offering our services virtually. We will continue to support the scientific community and your research every way we can. If you have any questions, issues with service, or suggestions for improving our virtual offerings, please do not hesitate to contact the Library.
